and how do you create your own workout and diet from so many pages :S cause i want to continue going to the gym and training arms and such, even tough i also want to get six pack. so i want to follow a diet have a workout that jumps between days like
day 1 the gym day 2 the truth about six pack abs workout however it is and continue like that
so that i get a good body and is still strong =)
any help on how to do this?

I am currently working out 6 days a week. I do weight training every other day and cardio on opposite days. I run a decent diet and plan my meals and snacks every two and a half hours. I’ve read books on the subject and have found contradictions about cardio workout. some say if I do more than 20 minutes of cardio my body starts to consume the muscles for energy. but on the other hand some say that 45 minutes or more is key for maintenance and health. Who’s right. any ideas would help. I really want to boost my metabolism and don’t want anything to slow my progress.

I received a question today from a Sergeant who was looking for high intensity workouts with some work for abs, core, and full body to take his team of 30+ soldiers to a new level of fitness in preparation for their PT testing.
He basically said that the men had reached a plateau in their training and needed something really high intensity to take them to the next level.

I have been working on my abs for quiet a while now, the top 4 abs are becoming visible but i still have the problem with the bottom 2, so to speak….i would like to have a full six-pack but there seems to be a bit of tummy cushioning.
need to shed that bit of flab, could someone give me an idea of what to eat, other exerciese (or links to exercises) or even other ways to burn the fat around my stomach….. i would be very grateful… almost there its just the last 2 abs that are hiding….please help
